Background & Overview Monenebe Maintenance and Projects was established in 2006 by Ramaisela Beauty Monene, a highly qualified entrepreneur with a BCom Degree and extensive experience in customer services, human resource management, operational management and financial management. She continues to lead the company forward with ambition and purpose. In 2010, Mrs Monene identified opportunities in the industrial cleaning of plants using various sophisticated cleaning apparatus similar to her bin cleaning facilities. This prompted her to convert the company's equipment from bin cleaning to high pressure jetting equipment in an effort to refocus on the industrial cleaning market. She identified further opportunities in plant hire and logistics, and began investing in acquiring various plant and equipment to expand Monenebe's offering in this regard, allowing us to cater to various segments of the market with a comprehensive set of solutions. From an original head office in Pretoria, where we are still based, we have expanded to include Rustenburg and Mokopane branches to allow us better access to the mining industry in the North West Province and logistics routes that originate in Gauteng.
