With the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, we saw the need to diversify to avoid loss of income and ensure continuity, so we launched our disinfecting services and modified some of our equipment to suit our new offering.

We have converted some of our water trucks with the capability of effectively disinfecting a 40,000m² area with a 12,000l water tank and chemical component built into the truck. This has been specially customised to meet our clients’ needs during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.

The Ultra-High Pressure (UHP) Sanitising Skid Unit is mounted onto a subframe and secured onto the water tanker. The water particles passing through the sprayer nozzle are broken into a fine mist, allowing for better coverage with the disinfectant.

The higher pressure also allows for better penetration into cracks and confined areas. The low water flow volume comes out as a very fine mist, with no water damage to areas sprayed with disinfectant.

This means the disinfectant can be safely used inside and outside of buildings, hallways and walkways without water damage concerns. The standard coverage
is no more than 300mls (0.3ltr) per square meter.

Our water trucks are modified to have three-in-one functionality:
1) Dust suppression for roads and disinfection for open areas and parking lots.
2) Disinfecting offices, board rooms, toilets, kitchen, change rooms, walk ways & equipment (A separate food-safe disinfectant is used in kitchens & food areas).
3) High pressure trenches and all other areas requiring pressure cleaning.

Experienced Disinfecting Team
All areas that cannot be reached with the UHP reels are disinfected with knapsack sprayers that allow for more mobility. Personnel wear full Personal Protective
Equipment when disinfecting, and a safety file is presented in all disinfecting projects.
