It has evolved into a minining resource that has embraced green energy and sustainable mining with community development in its strategic operations. The company is black women owned and managed and has put women and youth in the forefront of development.

Given its roots in Environment Social Governance (ESG), Monenebe has sustainability and community development strategies to ensure that it meets the environmental requirements where it operates. Sustainability is core to the company.
